We do not publish a phone number. We do not run a contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a site that currently stores nothing. Email keeps the record with you.
We read everything and reply to as much as we can. We do not promise a response time.
Postal address
Post is not monitored, so email remains the only address we answer.
What we can help with
- Errors. A stale cutoff, a wrong fee, a wrong answer, an explanation that does not hold up. This is the most useful thing you can send us. See corrections.
- Sources. If you want to know where a specific figure came from, ask and we will point you at the primary source.
- Accessibility. If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, we want the detail. See accessibility.
- Method questions. How a question was written, why we will not publish a predicted score, why a university record is marked unverified.
- Press and partnerships. Including anything covered by the affiliate disclosure.
What we cannot help with
Not a fob-off. These are things we are genuinely not in a position to do.
- Personal admissions advice. We cannot tell you whether your score is good enough, whether to apply, where to apply, or how a committee will read your file. We do not know your GPA, your interview, your portfolio or your circumstances, and a confident answer from a stranger on the internet is worth nothing here.
- Contacting ACER on your behalf. We have no relationship with ACER and no channel into it. A message from us would carry no weight and would not reach anyone who can help you.
- Confirming your eligibility. Only the institution you are applying to can tell you whether you are eligible for its course, and only ACER can tell you whether you may sit the exam.
- Anything about your registration, sitting or result.Bookings, rescheduling, refunds, special consideration, access arrangements, ID problems, score releases and score validity are all ACER’s. We cannot see your account and cannot intervene.
- Predicting your GAMSAT score from a practice result. No public raw-to-scaled conversion exists, so any number we gave you would be invented. The reasoning is on scope and limitations.
- Legal, medical, financial or visa advice. Not our field.
- Sending real past papers. We do not hold ACER material and would not distribute it if we did.

Registration, dates, venues, access arrangements, results and score validity are handled by the Australian Council for Educational Research at gamsat.acer.org. GAMSAT Practice Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ACER, and messages sent to us about your registration cannot be forwarded or actioned.
One thing worth saying
If you are writing because you are worried about a result or a deadline, we are sorry that we are the wrong address. The institution you are applying to is almost always the right one, and admissions offices answer this kind of question far more often than candidates expect.
