What is distinctive about Exeter
Exeter’s rule is unusually simple and unusually exposed. Applicants are, in its own words, “sorted according to the GAMSAT overall score”. No minimum, no section floor, no published cutoff. Where you land depends entirely on who else applied that year.
It also catches people who never planned to sit the GAMSAT. Anyone more than two full academic years past A levels must take it, graduate or not — and non-graduates are eligible for A100 on exactly that basis.
We could not verify whether international applicants can use the GAMSAT route at Exeter, and we would rather say so than fill the gap. Confirm it with Exeter directly before you build a plan around it.
